Antsy

It has been a couple of weeks since I last played and the absence of action is starting to make me grumpy. Some people get sub-drop after playing. I get lack-of-sub-drop.

What’s holding me back is an annoying minor injury. It turns out that scowling at a body part doesn’t make it heal any faster. Nor does prodding it every few minutes. Or concentrating really really hard on healing thoughts. I feel like evolution has let me down. Of course I want my body to get better so I can hurt it again. Perhaps it’s getting smart? Healthy equals that nasty lady in leather hitting it. Niggling injury just equals the odd prod from its disgruntled inhabitant.

I need to feel like this guy again. That controlling arm around the throat. The squeeze of the hand to the face. Slowly sinking back into her control. The warmth of her. So close but untouchable. Damn. That would be good.

    1. Well I don’t know your age for comparison purposes, but whatever it is, the answers no. I’m not much for long term planning. I think it’ll depend a lot on the state of my health at the time. No doubt I’ll have to make some adjustments as I get older, but there are a lot of different ways to play, so I’m hopefully I’ll always have options. Any advice from experience? 🙂

        Im a seventy-something but extremely fit roadbiker (around 200 km per week). I’ve always been a keen sportsman.

        I’m not into pain, but most forms of bondage and control are fine and, apart from those that require extreme degrees of suppleness, I’m still capable.

        I don’t do asphyx any more because of the risk of heart failure.

        My advice is to look after your health and fitness capital when young, because when you’re old, it’s likely that you’ll be glad that you did. It’s not absolutely certain of course, but it’s a good idea to have the odds in your favour.

        I hope that this gives you encouragement. Another 40+ years of fun and games can’t be a bad prospect after all.

        1. Thanks for the advice. My body is already showing some signs of wear and tear, particularly in the lower spine. As you say, 40+ years of fun and games is a good prospect and one well worth working for. I’ll try and keep everything in good working order that long!

          And that’s a pretty impressive distance to cover each week. Hope it continues for years to come!

    Take a deep breath and focus on something else. I haven’t had a hard-on since last August. I could make myself crazy but instead I try to find ways to eroticize the present reality. Try to consider your situation a form of emotional bondage.

      That’s a good way to think about it. My situation is incredible trivial compared to what you went through, but it’s interesting to hear your perspective on it. Annoyingly the injury was from my last session, so it’s a self-inflicted one (albeit by proxy of domme). I’ll try a deep breath, a glass of wine and see if that helps.

      Hope you’re doing OK with your emotional bondage on the recovery path.
