I love this unusual and striking image from Charlotte Douleur. It has quite a painterly feel to it. One could also imagine it as a center spread for country life magazine. Obviously, when taking morning coffee at one’s country cottage getaway, it’s important to always bind the naked slave beneath the table with a hemp rope. It’d be a terrible faux-pas to use a man made fiber.

Strangely I’ve never seen anything like this on any of the numerous home improvement or decorating programmes that dominate daytime T.V. in the U.K.. It is a fabulous picture isn’t it? Sadly I’ve never had the pleasure of meeting Ms Douleur.
Perhaps I’ll try for spot on Extreme Makeover Home edition…. just the “extreme” part comes with a little twist.

Indeed, a wonderfully expressive picture, which does not simply show an S&M scene, but a dom-sub relationship as a reason for living, like eating, living, sleeping. The picture is very carefully arranged and yet does not look posed. Art!
