The beauty of dominant women
I love the fact that this very intricate bondage is both beautiful and functional. Shibari is frequently aesthetically pleasing, but can sometimes look impractical for serious play or simply be ornate without restraining. This pulls off all the elements. I particularly like the detailing around his feet and legs. Those heels look painful, but I don’t think he’s going to be getting away.

Today’s link to ‘thing that’s not really femdom, but I liked it and wanted to share’ is to something called an implicit association test. This is a test which can supposedly uncover associations that you make unconsciously and may not be aware of. It takes about five minutes to do and you don’t need to register if you don’t want to, simply proceed as a guest. There are tests for (allegedly) revealing your instinctive biases on things like skin-tone, weight, religion, etc.
I found the idea fascinating and headed immediately for the sexuality and gender tests. On the sexuality test it reported I had “little to no automatic preference between Straight People and Gay People.” That put me in a neutral group of about 17% of people. Apparently 68% of people taking the test expressed a preference (from slight to strong) for straight people compared to gay people, and 16% for gay people over straight people. Normally being in the middle of any issue is boring, but I was kind of happy to be in that middle bucket.
The gender test result was slightly more surprising. It tested the association between men/women and career/family. For that the standard curve has 76% of people associating men->career and women->family, 17% neutral and only 6.3% associating women->career and men->family. I was in that latter group with a “moderate association of Female with Career and Male with Family”. Apparently (according to the site) our implicit assumptions come from our everyday experiences. Yet I’ve always worked in an environment of >90% men and as a child I was brought up by a stay at home mom and a working dad. That suggests I’m definitely an outlier here. Or that the test is broken.
I’ve no idea how solid the science is behind it, but I thought it was fun to try. Plus, all that talk of gender and careers gives me a chance to feature an everyday office scene. Perhaps she implicitly associates men with doormats?

On the face of it this image follows the standard format for foot fetish porn. There are high heels, a naked slave and feet being shoved in his face. Yet, it’s so much more interesting than that overworked fetish shot. There’s a really sense of danger and vulnerability about it. I love his bared throat and the dimple she’s creating in it with that sharp spiked heel. He doesn’t look like he’s lost in his own fetish fantasy, he looks like he’s submitting himself to hers.

Mistress Trish has some of the most interesting and creative images that I’ve seen from any pro-domme, and her site is well worth exploring.
I don’t normally feature the stereotypical sneering ice queen femdom. It doesn’t often push my buttons and for anyone who does want it, there’s an almost infinite supply on tumblr. However, this particular example of the type did make me smile. There’s something about stance and expression that makes me think she’s about to start smacking him about the head with the flowers. I picture her stalking away muttering about these ‘goddam perverts who keep showing up and slobbering all over my feet’. Clearly mentioning her extensive shoe and boot collection in her OkCupid profile is attracting entirely the wrong type of suitor.

This is an image that misses out on a lot of the elements I normally look for in a post. It’s harsh, brutal and fetishistic. Yet somehow it works for me. I think it’s the contrast between the tight shiny boot and his soft malleable tongue. Femdom imagery is heavy with boot or heel on cock and balls, but the tongue is rarely featured. In many ways it’s even more of a squirmy image than the usual CBT shots. I can imagine tugging and pulling to free my genitals from getting squished, but pulling my tongue? That’s a shiver inducing thought.

When I first saw this image I thought something about it looked familiar. Then I spotted the drawing against the wall. They’re re-creating a scene by the famous Japanese artist Namio Harukawa. I think that’s a great idea. As far as I can tell this is a one off for the back-cover of a face sitting video (with what looks like possibly stolen Sardax artwork on the front), but I think it’d make for a fascinating theme for a photographic series. I’ll personally volunteer for helping re-create Rodzo or Stanton images. On the other hand, Augustine or Annmo Knight might be a little more challenging.
A little something for everyone here. A nicely sculpted male physique. Some fetishistic heels. And a painful looking trampling. I can just imagine the pressure of that heel digging into his muscles. Delicious.

A humbler is a pretty evil device in its own right. Getting kicked in the balls while wearing one adds a whole new level of devilishness. Although it looks like at least one person there is really enjoying the set-up.

I’m safely back in Seattle. Unfortunately I’m feeling pretty wiped out after spending a day in NYC and then around ten hours traveling (door to door time). So it’s time for a short simple post using something from my random grab bag of images that I’ve enjoyed.
I found this one on the devoted sub tumblr. I haven’t determined it’s original source, but I believe that’s the model Xenia Tchoumitcheva. It looks like it could be a candid behind the scenes shot captured while on a fashion shoot. If that’s the case, then the gentleman helping out the beautiful Ms Tchoumitcheva appears to have one of the world’s more interesting jobs.
I’ve spent the evening packing for my upcoming New York trip. Not a fun time. Traveling to LA or Vegas is easy. Neither the climate nor the restaurants demand any sort of significant planning in the wardrobe department. Throw a few short sleeved shirts and a sports coat in a carry-on and you’re good to go. Manhattan in January is quite a different packing proposition.
What I really need is a minion to take care of it. I think I’d suck as a dominant, but having a minion seems like it should be easier to deal with. You never see evil masterminds worrying if their minions are having their needs met. Or doing any aftercare post massacre. Or blackmailing world leaders just because their minions always had a thing for financial domination. They just stick them in a colored jumpsuit and tell them to guard the hollowed out volcano. Can we not create a D/s/m hierarchy for lazy submissives like myself?
