It’s certainly true that fancy equipment is not necessary for kinky fun. Simple toys, pervertibles or even just teeth and nails can be all that’s needed for a wonderful experience. Having featured anal play in the last few posts, I thought I’d move a little higher up the body, but keep the penetration theme going. There’s a lot of intense concentration being shown by both people in this shot from Divine Bitches.
The psychology of putting your fingers into someone’s mouth is fascinating to me. I think it’s a lot more complex than other types of penetration in that respect. Anal play is essentially passive – you lie there and quite literally take it in the ass. A mouth has articulation, a tongue and teeth. It can bite back. It’s the way we communicate and taste and kiss. It’s where we instinctively put a finger when we damage it, and where babies put their thumb to comfort themselves. I’ve been meaning to write a highly critical post about the Good2Go app that Slate reviewed a few days ago. Fortunately, as is often the way, my laziness carefully calculated procrastination has paid off, with the Girl on the net doing the job for me. In a far more coherent way than I would have managed, she accurately points out that consent isn’t a simple contract approved with a one time rubber stamp. It certainly shouldn’t be a rubber stamp skewed towards ‘yes’ that gets recorded to some cloud database.
While this particular app is stupid, I’ve often thought there was a role for an app in managing BDSM activity lists. If you’ve not seen one of these before, take a look at this particular example. That gives 200 different activities, with 10 different interest level designators, checkboxes for what you’ve tried and top/bottom differentiation. What’s more it’s formatted to be printed out, so presumably the idea is you fill it out on paper and take it along to play parties. I’ve got to think that an app would be better than handing out flyers to everyone you meet in the dungeon. The app couldn’t negotiate the scene for you, but it could at least do a quick intersection of two different lists and highlight the overlap. Plus, you could update it on the fly and maintain switchable lists for different situations. We could call it the iHanky.
I’m not sure what the gentleman below put on his activity list, but I hope he put a 5 against ‘Getting injected into the urethra with a solution made from Tabasco sauce’. Because judging by what the two ladies are holding, that’s what he’s about to enjoy.

Regular readers may have noticed my posts have been more erratic than usual in the last few weeks. Partly that was due to my mother visiting from the UK, but mostly it was because I was busy purchasing a new condo. Much paperwork, planning and packing was involved – three things I do not excel at. Amusingly while house hunting I did look at units in the Escala, which is where the infamous Christian Grey of fifty shades fame supposedly lives. Unfortunately, whatever E L James might think of the place, I couldn’t find a unit for sale with a good city view. Happily, where I eventually ended up has an awesome view (I took that from the living room).
One nice feature of my new place is a really big master bedroom. Right now my bed looks pretty lonely in there, so I’m pondering what kinky things I could do with the space.
