Breath play with gasmask

Just before the Christmas break I did a very enjoyable breath play session with the extremely talented Lady Lydia. So in honor of that I thought a breath play post might be in order.

We’ve used gas masks when we’ve played previously, but this time it was just a section of plastic wrap draped across the mouth and nose. When the plastic is cold and stiff it moves around with each breath and it’s still possible to sneak a little oxygen in. But as it gets warmer and moister it begins to stick across the lips and nostrils. Eventually the exhale doesn’t dislodge it, and the inhale does nothing but pull it tighter and tighter. This creates a beautiful swirl of emotions: Helplessness, Submission, Fear, Sacrifice, Trust.

I’m not sure exactly what my expression was during the scene, but I’m guessing as the oxygen ran short, I was doing a little wide eyed staring like the model below.

Two poses

A nice contrast between his position of naked supplication and her more comfortable seated position. She looks very serious about everything. Although the strategic position of his head oddly reminds me of the end of the Austin Powers movie, with the naked couple and sequence of conveniently placed covering objects.

Captioned Images

There’s a curious niche porn genre where people take existing images and re-purpose them by applying captions. Essentially they subvert and twist the original erotic intent into something more suited to their particular kink. Themes that repeatedly seem to crop up are cuckolding, chastity, forced homosexuality and incest. The popularity of these themes in this particular niche makes sense to me in two ways. Firstly, they’re infrequently represented in mainstream porn (although I have seen more cuckolding titles cropping up recently). And secondly, they require deeper context beyond what body parts are inserted where. An image of two men and a naked woman is a common and unexceptional threesome scene. To make it into a cuckolding scene means supplying additional non-visual information about the relationships between the participants.

A lot of the time that captions are so clumsy and badly written the whole thing fails horribly. But I am intrigued when somebody succeeds in drastically twisting the original image intent. Here’s a pretty good example, which takes a standard glamor pose and manages to imply chastity, cuckolding and forced homosexuality all in a single image. I found this in LittlemanRayburn’s galleries on imagefap.

One blog that has pushed this idea even further is the ‘suck it for her’ tumblr site. As the name suggests this is all about forced (or encouraged) homosexuality, with a side-order of cuckolding. But instead of using more neutral glamor style shots, the author there starts with very explicit images of women giving blowjobs. And then subverts what would normally be seen as a submissive female role into a dominant one. A couple of typical examples from there would be this post and this post.

The problem with browsing these kind of images is that after a while you start mentally captioning any suitable image you stumble across. I found the amazingly beautiful image below on the ‘purple’ bit tumblr site. And then had to mentally slap myself when I realized I’d spent 5 minutes staring at it trying to craft a good chastity/cuckold caption. Hopefully it will only be a temporary affliction.

Butterfly Boarding

I was completely unaware of this particular needle play technique until a few days ago, when I stumbled across a post on it via Mistress Sade’s blog. It instantly leapt high on my ‘to do’ list for 2011. It looks like it would be very intense.

For anyone as in the dark as I was, the photograph below should give you a pretty good idea of what happens. This particular image was taken from Domina Yuki’s site and, as you can see, she’s pulled the cock and balls through a board and then pinned it down with a large number of needles.

If you’re interested in more detail on exactly how it’s done, then the images from Mistress Sade’s blog post (entirely unrelated to the shot below) are considerably more graphic. I really advise you not to look if close-up images of needles and penis piercing is likely to disturb you. That said – the original blog post is here. I found the sequence of shots quite remarkable, both from the obvious skill in execution and the beauty of the arrangement.

Smoking is a disgusting habit. Bad for your health. Your clothes. Your breath. And bad for everyone around you. If only it wasn’t so easy to make it look so damn cool.

I found this on the ‘weird things that turn me on‘ tumblr site. Although I feel the site owner should really revisit that title. There are certainly a lot of posts that might succeed in turning someone on. But I don’t think there are a lot in the weird category, at least by my possibly warped standards. Although this one does pose an obvious exception to that.

Elegant but…

I’m conflicted about this image. On one hand she’s very beautiful and I do appreciate a dominant woman dressed elegantly. It projects an image of controlled power and assurance, rather than the stereotypical ‘trying too hard’ look of leather and buckles. However, what’s with that awkward stance? That pose together with those shoes really does not look comfortable. And that imagined discomfort sends a bad message about who really has the power and control here. A dominant woman should be relaxed and self-assured. Not awkwardly posing for the greedy male eye.

Nice Marks

I’m always proud of any marks I’m left with after a session. They not only act as a happy reminder for days or even weeks later, but also as a sign of a joint achievement. A collaborative effort that yielded dark rich red and purple stripes. The mistress skillfully laid out the design and I managed to take the entire thing.
