I was highly entertained earlier this evening by a recording of an interview with Ms Mona Rogers. It’s available on the masocast site and is entitled ‘Who the s**t are all these fools?‘ As you might expect with a title like that, it’s a very frank and open discussion, covering such topics as how she got involved in BDSM, the differences between the scenes on the East and West coasts, her style of domination and how she feels about dating submissive men. However, what really made me laugh was her description of the funniest/strangest scene(s) she’s ever done. It’s right at the end, starting around the 48 minute mark into the interview. The whole interview is worth listening to, but if you want to skip straight to this part of it, you’ll have to wait a minute or so for the download to complete. I’m not really sure what particular kink the scene would fall under, it’s certainly not femdom. But however you’d classify it, I think it’s worth remembering that no matter how odd you think your personal kink is, there’s always someone out there with a weirder idea.

Nikki Domino

I’ve posted in the past on the importance I place on eyes when shooting a close-up face shot. There’s that old cliche about them being the window into the soul, but like a lot of cliches, there’s a kernel of truth to it. More than any sneering expression, a woman’s eyes can convey a powerful impression of dominance, and nothing consistently pushes me into sub-space quicker than lengthy eye contact during an intense play session. I may also have occasionally mentioned, just in passing, only now and again, my attraction to dominant women in glasses. This particular images was therefore a show stopper (click cutter? browse blocker?) when I stumbled across it.

Needles and Thread

This is one of those infrequent posts where I bring you a little bit of original content courtesy of myself and the amazing Lady Lydia. It’s not quite as extreme as the previous session I posted, but as the title suggests, it does involve needles and piercing. So anyone who is a little squeamish about that kind of thing might to not want to click through the link below.

In the week prior to the session I’d been on vacation and had managed fit in a little playtime with Miss Fenne Demore. That resulted in an enjoyable but fairly ‘light’ session – BDSM foreplay if you will. This is certainly no criticism of Miss Fenne. We didn’t know each other and weren’t playing in a space where we could really properly cut loose. But it did leave me hungry for a little more of an intense experience, and that’s something Lydia can always deliver. Given this goal, it seemed an opportune time to try a little suturing, an activity that had been on my to do list for quite a while. Head Sitting

You see a lot of face sitting in femdom images, but sitting on the back of the head is rarer. It looks a lot more uncomfortable and far more painful for the submissive. Although it has to be said that the submissive in question here doesn’t look terribly unhappy.

The dominant is the beautiful Mistress Sade, whose blog you can find in my blogroll. I particularly like the way she has the rope attached so she can easily pull his hands higher up his back. I imagine the pressure on his skull and the tension in his upper arms must create an interesting combination of sensations. Before getting involved in BDSM I always thought of bondage as a means of restraint but not punishment. I’ve since come to appreciate the various ways in can be used to inflict suffering. In particular its ability to create a slowly building pain that a submissive can soak into, like a warm bath.

My kind of interrogation

After writing my previous post on extreme interrogations, where I happened to mention sadistic secret policewomen, I thought it be fun to find a couple of suitable images. These come courtesy of Domina Yuki’s tumblr blog, and are much more in line with my idea of an entertaining way to extract a bit more information than simply name, rank and serial number. I like the idea of having her equipment laid out on the table, ready for him to see and anticipate once the bag comes off.

A stereotype rejuvenated

If you asked someone to describe this picture I think it would sound like a million other femdom images. There’s a mistress flexing a cane and staring into the camera. But this is that one millionth and one image that somehow makes the stereotype seem fresh again. I like the feet casually slung onto the desk, with the just hint of stocking showing. And I’m a sucker for women in glasses. But it’s that quirky smile and slightly off center glance that really makes this work for me. She looks like she’d very much enjoy wielding that cane.

Ideal for light spanking

I know Pulp Fiction spawned the expression “go medieval on your ass”, but I never realized anyone might take it quite so literally. I believe that’s a ball and chain, or more generically a flail, that Lady V is wielding. I’m not exactly sure how you’d incorporate something like that into a scene, but I’d hope the operative expression would be ‘very carefully’.

Butterfly Boarding (revisited)

Having recently posted about the parasitical nature of this site, I now find myself in the happy position of being able to contradict myself and share some original content.

However, before doing so, I feel a number of warnings are necessary. Firstly, the content is taken from a fairly intense session I did a couple of weeks back with Lady Lydia. If close-ups of needles and piercing of male genitalia (specifically mine!) is not something you want to see, then don’t click on the link below. There are some pretty graphic shots, with blood in a couple at the end. Secondly, the images are all taken with a camera phone, albeit a fairly high end one. So it’s certainly not professional quality content. We were both heavily focused on the scene itself, rather than capturing it for posterity!

Now with the warnings out the way, let’s move onto the session itself. I posted at the end of last year about butterfly boarding. It looked like a very interesting and intense approach to incorporating needles into a scene, and I was keen to try it. I was confident Lydia would be a wizard at it, and that proved to be absolutely correct. A Convenient Handle

Ms Brutal Gemini had an entertaining post over on the hang forums the other day. She was shopping with a potential new submissive in tow, and becoming increasingly annoyed with his tendency to wander off in front of her. So she dragged him across to a sales clerk, borrowed a pair of scissors, and….

I ordered him to pull his pocket lining out of his pocket for me, he didn’t understand my command so i said it again. I looked over my shoulder and the clerk now had one eye brow lifted up also wondering what i was doing, I just smiled at her too. He slowly pulled the lining from his pocket out and i grabbed a hold of it and cut as much of it off as i could, and said “THERE!”

I turned to give the clerk back here sissors, winked at her told her “Thank you very much” and without a second thought I reached into his cut open pocket , grabbed his dick and pulled him along behind me.

Clearly the old expression: “If you’ve got them by the balls, their hearts and minds will follow” needs a little revising. A dick is easier to hold and seems to work just as well.

Fun Furniture

I’m a big fan of original and fun BDSM furniture. There’s a lot of scope available for creating items that facilitate interesting physical and mental torments whilst also being cool pieces of design in themselves. The chance to plan and build a dedicated play space, with this kind of furniture in it, is one thing that might eventually get me out of a downtown condo and into a real house.

There’s a good couple of examples below. The first has been all over various tumblr sites, but I believe it originally came from Sir’s Little One. Obviously custom built for the space, I like the idea, but think it’d be better with more of the cage exposed. It looks just a little too cosy a place to be.

In contrast the next example definitely does not have a warm cosy feel to it. I guess you’d call it a floating board and it can be found in Mistress Annabel’s dungeon. She’s a London based pro-domme, with a fine selection of furniture. I love the heavy industrial look of the buckles and the metal frame. Very utilitarian and no doubt very easy to wipe clean of blood! There’s also a St. George’s chair on the right and a St. Andrew’s cross at the back.
